Questions

Before you apply.

Do I need yoga experience?+

No. The Method welcomes complete beginners. We teach foundations carefully and use props generously.

Is this therapy?+

No. The Method is educational and supportive. It does not replace therapy, medical care, or crisis services.

What if I am not flexible?+

Flexibility is not a prerequisite. Iyengar yoga is built precisely for bodies that need support and time.

How many people are in a group?+

Up to ten. Small enough that you are seen and adjusted; large enough for community.

What if I cannot attend one session?+

Recordings and resources live in the member area. You can practise alongside the cohort.

Will I get access to online resources?+

Yes — the full content hub: videos, audios, pranayama, written guides, and nutrition notes.

Is there subsidised access?+

Yes. A limited number of subsidised places are offered each cohort through the community pathway.
