A method, not a studio

This is not another yoga studio.

Divine Inner Health Method is a structured path for nervous system regulation, strength, resilience, and joy. It draws on Iyengar yoga's precision, psychotherapy's clarity, breath's intelligence, and the slow work of belonging to a small group of people practising together.

Rooted in Iyengar yoga. Shaped by psychology. Held by community.

What students have said.

Illustrative · To Confirm at launch
Grace's teaching is strong, detailed, and deeply reassuring. I arrived sceptical and left with the feeling I had been listened to by my own body.
M., North Shields · Foundations class
I arrived overwhelmed and left feeling like I had space inside my body again. It is the first practice that has properly held me.
S., Tynemouth · Restorative Reset
The small-group setting made it feel safe to begin. Nobody hurried me. Nobody performed at me. I came back the next week.
